Location - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, UK

Salary - up to £40K depending on experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, building and maintaining efficient, reusable, reliable C#, Javascript (ES6) code, based on requirements or User Stories
• Implementing, integrating and configuring best-of-breed, open source tools such as Cucumber and Selenium Web driver
• Designing and building automation framework components that enable low friction test implementation across Web and API channels
• Co-ordinating the test lifecycle with release automation processes and continuous delivery pipelines
• Maintaining relevant results and metrics reporting, which will drive continuous improvement
• Executing automated tests and manual testing as and when needed
• Finding functional defects

Essential Skills/Experience Required

• Understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience of designing, building and implementing automated tests
• Testing within a mature, agile and continuous delivery environment
• Experience in common frameworks such as Selenium Web driver
• A strong ability to solve problems and think laterally
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills

Desired Skills/Experience Required

• Understanding of contact centres, telephony, VoIP (not essential but a bonus)
