Sytel exhibited at the Esomar Congress Market Research event in Nice, France, Sep 2014. It was a great event to meet new suppliers but also a useful time to meet our CATI partners and discuss mutual projects and customers. We were fortunate enough to have a stand looking out across a stunning terrace with wonderful views!
We had a good level of visitors looking for a dialer solution, but we particularly noticed a high number of enquiries about our IVR capabilities, which we are looking forward to following up.
We had visitors from many countries and its always a pleasure to explain how we can support projects in any location. Visitors this year included delegates from the USA, Sudan, Japan, Brazil and Chile.
